Created in 2018, Nawali helps its clients, mainly from the diaspora, to acquire properties in West Africa.

Tous ces produits et services sont destinés à tous pour des investissements immobilier sur le continent Africain.
- NAWALI INVESTISSEMENT, immatriculée et basée en France, conseille et accompagne les futurs investisseurs dans la mise en place de leur projet immobilier en Afrique.
Nawali has two main objectives. The first is to facilitate accession to investment by offering secure properties and simplifying administrative procedures.
Our second objective is to transform the real estate environment in Africa into a flourishing and secure sector.

The founder of Nawali
Aïta MAGASSA is a French woman with mauritanian roots. She has more than ten years of experience in property management.
Aïta defines herself as a mumpreneure who wants to innovate and create quality business in Africa.
That is the reason why she implemented NAWALI in 2018.
After a family trip in Mauritania and an aborted land purchase, she realized the need to do something concrete in the real estate sector.
Thanks to NAWALI, she is able to facilitate real estate investments and guide her clients all along the way.
And it is not because she is in charge of four children that she will stop now. Indeed, Aïta envisions enlarging NAWALI’s scope in a couple of years.
